By accessing and using Easy Bank Convert ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Easy Bank Convert is a web-based service that converts bank statement PDF files into structured data formats including CSV, Excel, and JSON. Our service includes both free and premium tiers with varying features and usage limits.

• Anonymous tier: 1 statement conversion every 24 hours, no registration required
• Registered tier: 5 statement conversions every 24 hours, free registration required
• Premium tiers: Enhanced features and higher conversion limits for paid subscribers

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Easy Bank Convert only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to use the Service:

• To violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To process documents that you do not have the legal right to access or convert
• To upload malicious files, viruses, or any harmful computer code
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• To exceed your plan's usage limits or circumvent rate limiting
• To share account credentials with multiple users

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and financial data:

• No Data Storage: We do not permanently store your uploaded bank statements or converted files
• Temporary Processing: Files are processed in memory and automatically deleted after conversion
• Secure Transfer: All data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols
• Privacy Policy: Our detailed Privacy Policy governs how we handle your personal information

6. Payment Terms and Billing

For premium services:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is due immediately upon subscription or renewal
• We accept major credit cards and process payments securely through Stripe
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
• Usage limits reset monthly on your billing anniversary date

7. Refunds and Cancellation

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new premium subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial payment. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

8. Service Availability and Limitations

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Implement usage limits to ensure fair access for all users
• Suspend accounts that violate these terms

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Easy Bank Convert. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of your uploaded documents and converted data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. The accuracy of converted data depends on the quality and format of source documents.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL EASY BANK CONVERT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Easy Bank Convert from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

14. Governing Law
